Handmade is the New Green
One last thing…
When you open a shop you consider things like how will someone physically take their purchases out the door? I really wanted to do reusable totes but alas my startup budget only allowed for so much. So I went with paper with handles with the hope that a reuse would be in that paper bags future. So Love, Me shoppers feel free to share the love and pass on the bag. Muffins for a friend, books to loan to a neighbour, soup (in a jar of course) to a sick coworker - pop it in a Love, Me paper bag and spread the Love.

This store is a must see in Halifax! Instead of a retail experience it is a thought provoking ‘art gallery’ experience. Each item from paintings to boxers is its own unique form of art and all items artisically displayed for viewing. Of course you’ll want to take something home with you to add to your own art collection.

How long have you been opened in Halifax? Is this a Franchise and if so where would one get more info?

    Thanks,

    Brad

Stopped in a couple days ago. Really nice space, amazing garments. This is what we need for fashion in Halifax. All the best.

It’s about time! So great to see a store open here in Halifax that celebrates tasteful, unique crafted Canadian wares, that go beyond the ever too present ’souvenir kitch’ that saturates our local market. Chara, congrats on putting together a fabulous collection of goodies so far. Very inspirational and desirable.

I look forward to possibly doing an article coming August on Love, Me.
We shall chat about that more……..

Thanks for hopefully starting a new wave of creative culture appreciation.
    Jackie.
